Holm oak tree chunks

Oak chips are pieces of wood from tree cleaning. They are dried pieces of wood in bags of approximately 2.5 kg.
These pieces are ideal for foods that need to be cooked and smoked for a long time.
Depending on the smoke you want to get, you can immerse the pieces of wood in water for at least 20 minutes; then add them over the glowing coals.
Recommended for: fatty fish, red meat
